The National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP) is committed to providing exceptional service and expertise to both current and prospective clients.

As part of this commitment to program excellence, NRC IRAP actively encourages client feedback to help us evaluate and improve the quality of our service delivery.

How to provide feedback to NRC IRAP

We encourage you to share your feedback or concerns directly with the IRAP representative you have been communicating with. Often, concerns can be addressed through open communication and clarifications during a follow-up discussion.

You can also provide feedback, voice a concern or make an enquiry by calling our Client Service Centre at 1-877-994-4727 or by using our online feedback form.

If you are not satisfied with the results of a follow-up discussion, you can ask for the issue to be escalated to the manager of Client Services by sending an email to info@nrc-cnrc.gc.ca.

In the event an issue remains unresolved or if a significant issue arises, please reach out directly to the NRC IRAP Vice-President's office by sending an email to nrc.irapvpoffice-bureauduvppari.cnrc@nrc-cnrc.gc.ca.
