Eurostars - Call for innovative R&D-performing SMEs projects

In view of the difficulties Canadian small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) are facing during this uncertain time, the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program's (NRC IRAP) International team is committed to continuing to provide international business advisory services and funding support to innovative Canadian SMEs through its regular processes.

Given the rapidly evolving global situation, NRC IRAP International will continue coordinating closely with its national and international partners, and other government departments, and reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel planned or anticipated international activities where required.

We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we all do our best to navigate these unprecedented challenges together.

Next deadline: September 3, 2020

Important: In Canada, Eurostars is delivered through the National Research Council. In order to be ready to submit a project proposal before the September 3, 2020 deadline, you must reach out to Canada's Eurostars National Project Coordinator, Eric Holdrinet. SMEs should also inform their NRC IRAP Industrial Technology Advisor.

Financial support: Financial support may be provided to selected SMEs in Canada which are eligible for NRC IRAP assistance. Support for project partners varies according to funding eligibility in their respective countries.

Note: Consult the complete list of Eurostars participating countries, which includes dozens of European countries, as well as Turkey, Israel, South Africa and South Korea.
